What are the icons (star, smiley face, and dollar sign) next to the cards?
These are quality icons. The stars are suitable for gift giving.  The smiley faces have a good front face of the card but, have writing or other blemishes on the back.  The dollar signs are solely for personal use to save money on your shopping --- they may be cut, cracked, or be a merchandise credit.  Please read our return policy if you are not satisfied with any of the cards you received. 

What are "CH" cards?
"CH" cards have been donated to charities at GiftCardDonor.com where 75% or more of the price of the cards goes to charity.  Place your pointer over the CH symbol to see the name of the charity that owns the card.  Visit the Support Charity section of the home page for more information.

How does the charity program work?
People donate gift cards to charity on GiftCardDonor.com that are then listed on GiftCardAgain.com.    Once the cards are sold, the charity receives 75% of the revenue!  Support your favorite charity today!

Do you have a list of gift cards that are good at more than one company?
Yes - some gift cards can be used at more than one company.  Please visit our Multiple Companies page for our current list. 

My card has marker written on it, what can I do?
Gently rub the marker off with rubbing alcohol (Butyl Alcohol) on a clean dry cloth or paper towel.  Be sure to test a small area before cleaning the whole card and ALWAYS follow the precautions stated on the rubbing alcohol container.  If you are not satisfied, the card can be returned (return policy).

Can I use my Gift Card Buy Back or Gift Card Donor account to log into Gift Cards Again?
Yes - you can manage your gift card buying, selling, and donating with one account that works on our companion sites - though you will need to login to each site separately. 

I am concerned about the gift card expiration dates.  How can I tell what they are?
Visit our Card Expiration page for a list of companies with gift cards that do not expire or lose value.  Or, submit a Card Expiration Request to receive an estimate of the expiration date for a specific card you are interested in buying. 

I picked the wrong card, can I return it?

Why isn’t the XYZ company still listed on the site?
Unfortunately, sometimes the status of a company changes and is removed from our preferred list.

When will you have more gift cards from my favorite company – it has been out of stock for days?
Gift Cards Again will periodically run out of gift cards to your favorite place.  You can always visit the gift card company’s website or store to buy at full price.  Help us keep the inventory well stocked by selling your unused cards at GiftCardBuyBack.com.

I bought a $25 gift card, but now the store says it is only worth $23 – what gives?
Gift Cards Again ensures the value of the card at delivery time.  However, some companies apply “dormancy fees” (see the back of your card) after so many months of non-use of the card.  To reduce your risk in the future, read the rules on the back side of your gift cards and use the gift cards shortly after you receive them.  See our Return Policy if you wish to return the card.   

How do I verify the amount on my gift card?
Call the toll-free number or visit the website listed on the back of the gift card to verify the balance.  You will be asked to enter your gift card number, so have your cards available.

Why do some cards have an odd value like $19.37?
Some cards listed on our site are previously used gift cards and this is the remaining balance.  Some are merchandise credits, most of which can be used just like a gift card.  Note: Barnes & Noble Store Credits cannot be used online.

I’m from Canada, can I buy gift cards?
No – we currently only buy and subsequently sell gift cards in the United States and all values are transacted in US dollars.
